About
I’m a Senior Product Leader with 18 years across technology and digital products, including 10+ years in product roles across retail, e-commerce, fintech and cybersecurity.
I work at the intersection of product strategy, commercial outcomes, organizational leadership and technology. I’ve led multi-product domains, translated company KPIs into product priorities, hired and coached Senior Product Managers, and redesigned operating models across complex international organizations.
My product career is built on an 8-year hands-on foundation in design and software engineering. I’m comfortable moving between business problems, product decisions and technical constraints, and challenging assumptions on all three sides.
More recently, I’ve taken that foundation into AI-assisted and agentic software development. I’m currently rebuilding a modular B2B/B2C platform using AI-assisted development while designing an agent-based development model spanning Product/BA, Frontend, Backend and QA.
I’m particularly interested in product environments where strategy, organizational complexity and technology meet, and where Product is expected to own outcomes rather than simply coordinate delivery.
